Contract Farming is always undertaken to the highest
standard. All cultivations and field operations are carried out to optimise the
financial return for both parties. We treat the land as we would our own. We ensure
that the soil is kept in good health with regular analysis and the subsequent application
of nutrients to match, along with manure to maintain organic matter
levels.
We strive for a close working relationship with our landowners. Trust between both parties is of
paramount importance. As with all contract farming agreements we supply all the labour and
machinery, with the land-owner supplying the land. The variable costs are shared, with the
financial surplus at the end of the year divided between the parties as agreed.
